Prevention of Money Laundering

Bruce Betting takes it’s responsibilities with regard to money laundering extremely serious. We are aware of all of the responsibilities that operating an online betting and gaming business brings in this modern age. Prevention of money laundering legislation has been brought in around the world to ensure that individuals and companies alike are protected from proceeds of illegal activity.

We have a team of experienced fraud and risk analysts in place and a designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to whom all suspicions will be reported to. In the event of suspicion being raised by either our payment providers, or a member of staff, we reserve the right to immediately suspend an account. Should suspicions be unfounded, funds will be returned immediately as detailed in section four.

Registration

Under no circumstances will an account be accepted from an anonymous source. All clients must complete the registration form on our "Registration" section prior to being allowed to make a deposit. Bruce Betting reserve the right to request proof of identity. This will include, but not limited to a copy of passport or drivers licence and a copy of a recognised utility bill (N.B. Mobile Phone bills are not acceptable)

Payment Partners

We have chosen Realex as our payments partner. Realex is a PCI DSS approved operator with an active fraud protection policy which includes the following:

• Accredited with the AIS (Account Information Security) certification by VISA and is one of the few companies in Europe to achieve this.
• All messages sent to Realex and the responses from Realex are authenticated using digitally signed digests.
• All connections to the financial institutions are over private dedicated leased circuits, backed up with ISDN lines and in certain cases VPN connections over the internet.
• Realex Payments are registered with the data protection commissioner as a "Data Processor". Cardholder information is encrypted and not displayed in their reporting systems.
